Rings: We do not size rings prior to shipment. We recommend you have it re-sized locally after you see the ring in person and are certain you like it. Once a ring is sized or changed in any way, it is not returnable.

Items purchased with an expedited shipping service will require a signature upon delivery.

Any expedited shipments utilizing UPS Next Day or UPS 2-Day premium delivery service will require a signature for delivery. If you are not going to be home to accept and sign for your package, please have your shipment sent to a location where you will be - such as a verified work shipping address when completing your order on platform or UPS My ChoiceTM as a signature alternative.
